Kristy Shanley has always been passionate about real estate. With a background in sales, she has long contemplated joining the industry but waited for the right moment. After learning about the company's history and core mission, Kristy found that Coach Realtors was the perfect fit for her. She values having a supportive manager who provides the necessary tools for success, which was pivotal in her decision to join Coach Realtors.

Kristy's sales career began in retail during her college years. After earning a degree in Business Management, she transitioned to a copier company, where she excelled, winning the Champions Club and Presidents Club awards two years in a row. Additionally, she received the "Rookie of the Year" and "Best in Class" awards. Her extensive experience in sales is marked by a strong ability to build relationships with clients and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Kristy's proven track record in sales demonstrates her exceptional negotiation skills, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction, all of which are crucial qualities for a successful real estate agent.
